1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Contentivist provides narrative strategy, content production, brand communication, outreach systems, and related services as agreed in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate briefs, access, and feedback in a timely manner; review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes; and ensure you have rights to any materials you provide us for use in your project.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced by Contentivist for a client become the client’s property. We retain the right to reference work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. NDAs can be signed on request.
6. Payment
Payment terms are as specified in individual proposals or agreements. We reserve the right to pause or terminate delivery if invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Contentivist shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Project-Based Engagements
For fixed-scope projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. If a client cancels after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed to the date of cancellation, in addition to the deposit.
Retainer Engagements
Retainer clients may cancel with [30 days] written notice. Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable. No fees are owed beyond the notice period.
Revisions & Disputes
All proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond this scope may be subject to additional fees. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, raise it within [7 days] of delivery and we will work to resolve it.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Contentivist’s discretion. We are committed to fair resolution and honest communication in all engagements.
